The suite was really nice and clean, we had daily cleaning service and new bottles of water every day. We had the orange room it was small but nice and quiet. The staff were amazing and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety and set out around 7:30 in the morning, which was great if we had an early tour or train to catch. The caravans selling all the same products in front of the building was terrible, way to many cluttering the street and they were always bothering us to buy their stuff. They set them up early in the morning and take them down every night. I would suggest the building owners tell the city to limit to half the number of retailers that are there, or spread them out. The accommodations were awesome but this ruined our experience of the area.

Four flights of stairs up to rooms. Very difficult with heavy luggage.

The room was too warm, and we couldn't open the window. We turned off the AC / heater in the night but it was on in the morning. Not sure how that happened.

Great location and clean. Staff were so nice and breakfast was small but had everything we needed. The heater in our room kept kicking on and making it hot but once we figured out how to override it every morning it was fine.

Location was great. Near duomo, 10-15 minute walk to main attractions.

The location is very central, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Rooms are clean and tidied up daily. Rooms are spacious with comfortable mattress and pillows. Basic breakfast to get you going. The B&B is located amidst a daily market so it is is very noisy especially when the market closes at night and opens early in the morning (tents are removed and re-installed daily), and during the weekend. Second floor, no elevator & no one to help with luggage. When I complained on a Saturday about hot water not being available I was told no technician is available until Tuesday (Monday was a holiday).

We need to sleep with the windows opened since the air conditioning did not work. Noise was too loud all the time. We couldn’t sleep.

Only suggestion is to change the lights in room for a brighter ones. Nevertheless, it is not a big problem.

Easy walk to major attractions and trains. Simple but varied breakfast items. Friendly staffer. Available information about area in room and online. Can be a bit noisy on weekends.

Amazing location! We had a wonderful room with a lovely breakfast included. It is so easy to walk everywhere; train station, museums, markets, etc., also the host was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The bed was so comfortable, the lady at the breakfast makes the best coffee ever and the room was so clean!

Convenient location, good WiFi, super clean cozy room. There were some stairs but they weren’t too bad.
