It was central to trains and meeting points for tours, clean and tidy and Niccolo was an amazing host. We didn’t have access to cutlery or a microwave, there was no lounge to relax in and the apartment and bathroom were very small

Absolutely spotlessly clean. Host was very helpful and he also looked after our luggage once we checked out. Our departing train wasn’t until the afternoon.

This small place ticked all the boxes. Excellent, patient and helpful host, bright, clean place with excellent, air con, comfy bed, TV sky choices, quiet area, close to the train station. Best of all, host was happy to accommodate my early check in and stored my bag for the day. Only stayed one night on my own but a very positive experience all round

Clean, spacious main area with a smaller bathroom. There was an elevator to get up which was pretty easy to use and the area felt safe. Easy to find from the train station, only a few blocks away. There were a lot of good restaurants near by, the host was very welcoming and helpful. Very good stay! The pillows were flat, would be great to have a second or one of them be more full.

The location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and within 10mins walking distance to Firenze train station. The owner,Niccolo, is very warm and hospitable and made us Cappucino for breakfast served with some pastries and cookies. He is very hands-on with his guests and is always willing to suggest places to visit for first time visitors in Florence. We are very pleased with the room we had for triple occupancy. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. The property has a daily cleaner to make sure rooms are tidy and clean for guests with multiple days stay. Will definitely recommend to friends wishing to visit Florence!

Clean, comfortable and quiet accommodations on a safe street near the main train station. The host brews a great cup of coffee for your morning start. Highly recommend for accommodation in Firenze.

The place quiet and it’s near the train station. Niccolo is very kind and have us breakfast everyday. He also provided the map of Florence and information that he recommended us to have. Very nice!
