Very friendly and helpful host, great location and loved having access to make coffee, fresh water etc. The wifi dropped on a regular basis which was frustrating.

Nothing there to like really. Looks more like flat share, it’s an apartment divided into en-suite rooms. You can hear neighbors, no lift, not well cleaned, tiny shower. No breakfast option and there is really nothing decent around to get breakfast in the morning.

Location, comfortable bed No remote for the air conditioning! Could not see out the window! I booked a triple room and got a tiny double. The shower was ridiculously small. There was no milk in the kitchen for tea!

The room is nice and cosy, clean and well equipped with all you need for a short stay. The Alberghino is very close to Milano Centrale SMN and 15-20 minute walk to the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, Palazzo Vecchio and the rest. Le zanzare! But I guess this is the same anywhere in Florence. I am steel scratching my self! Only after we were bitten, we observed the repellent device. Useful to have with you some repellent spray or cream, too.

Quiet The photos showed more esthetically pleasing room with sofa, colourful surroundings, etc. The room was small and drab. Also it said complimentary breakfast, while only a coffee pod was provided.

Letizia the ever smiling lady made us feel at home. It was a really nice and cozy apartment, next to a very fine dining Indian restaurant. Small bathroom
