Amazing experience in the heart of Florence

It's great...everything as advertised...operators are above and beyond...

It looks exactly like the pictures, it was in a fantastic city central spot, and was super clean. It was perfect for our family and we loved our stay there. The toilet seat in the primary was broken when we arrived. But it was not a huge deal.

Great location, clean property, beautiful room, effective air conditioning, and very friendly staff. What could be better: There is no elevator from the ground floor to the rooms but room was on the first floor, so if you have heavy luggage or mobility difficulties, this may not be the most convenient option. Also, based on the photos, I was expecting the room to be a bit brighter.

Such a neat place. I just loved it! A fresco on the bedroom ceiling, the windows opening to the courtyard. The common area for 5 units with tea, coffee and cookies set up 24 / 7. And the location was convenient. Coffee and pastries practically across the street. Good dining next door. And easy walk to the city squares. And sweet staff. I have no complaints.

Literally everything. Location is perfection, the residence itself is gorgeous and well maintained. All the small touches to make the stay even better, filtered water, espresso and cookies… all wonderful! They even made a super late check in an absolute breeze. And Rosie, the housekeeper is a dream. Sweetest lady around! Nothing at all.

Spacious, quiet, friendly staff You have to climb two stairwells with your luggage but that’s normal in Italy.

The room was amazing with a beautiful terrace right off it. It is a historic building which we really liked as well as the location was amazing. The staff was wonderful and it was very clean. We would definitely stay there again!

A little overpriced and without elevator.

What a wonderful stay. Wish I was there longer. The staff was second to none. So kind and helpful. I hope to come back again.

The location was excellent! It was walkable to most tourists sites. The room was spacious and authentic. It had a history.

Absolutely loved our stay at Dimora del Cardinale. Located on the first floor of a former palace, the rooms were expansive, beautifully appointed, filled with historic charm, the bathroom was sparking clean and the bed was ultra-comfortable. A central location ensured a five to fifteen minute walk at to all major sites on both sides of the river and the couple who manages the property were absolutely wonderful and gave us lots of travel advice regarding Florence! Highly recommend and we will definitely return!! Nothing. It was perfect!

There is no slippers in the room. The floor was marble feeling cold when touched the ground.

Gorgeous location, clear instructions on how to self-check in, beautiful room, we really enjoyed our stay. Complimentary coffee, water and cookies were much appreciated!

The people living upstairs are jerks.
