hotel cordova

The location of the hotel was good. It wasn't too far from attractions and it was close to transit. We did not realize that it was a two star hotel. The room was dingy, poor patch up jobs, cracks on the walls and water stains on the ceiling, the drapes were also stained. The bathroom was tiny! I am not that big and even I struggled. My partner is 6'4 and he really struggled in the shower especially.

Very hard to find

Proximity to Duomo and the main part of the city is great! Staff were friendly and could leave bags there too. Shower situation in the bathroom was diabolical, the water went everywhere as there was no shower screen?

our stay was exceptional. the staff was great and the location is very convenient.

The room was small and didn't have a refrigerator, TV, or coffee maker.

Its value for money

The room was just in front of a building under construction and nobody noticed us about the huge noise. The bathroom was not clean. Finally, we were 20 minutes late for check out and the manager came to warn us in a rude manner.

I thought breakfast was included, but oh well.

The only bad thing was the bathroom (the shower) other than that everything was beautiful and clean The bathroom, it was too small and the shower was even smaller.

I like that it was in the center very close to major attractions and was easy to walk everywhere. There is nothing I don’t like about the property, I would definitely stay in the same hotel again

Location close to the center, tram stop in front of the hotel, bed is comfortable to sleep on, spacious room for a couple, room is kept clean every day. Shower is not separated from the rest of the floor in the bathroom, always puddles on the floor, cold floor in the room, old wooden window frames with no sound proofing, you can hear everything going on in the street, construction going on in front of the hotel and it starts early in the morning, no fridge in the room. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbors from other rooms. The hotel is old.

The bed was very comfortable. Around a 20min walk to most things. Our room was right outside a construction site who started work at 5am. The windows were very old so did not shut completely and it was insanely loud. The shower needed to be run for a minimum of 5 minutes before it got hot which was also very annoying. Very old building, in need of an update.

The location is very good and safe. The amenities all worked well also. I suggest a better key entry method , maybe laminated number cards as the code entry proved problematic for me because my phone died and the entry code I had a picture of wasn't available until I could get my phone on. Luckily some other guests let me in or I would have been stuck on the street. I should have written the number down. I suggest you laminate a bunch of small cards with the code number on them for each guest

It was very well located and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot water was not enough for four baths in a row, you had to wait a bit for it.
