Very flexible and helpful host, which is a great thing to meet! Very nice neighbourhood. Super clean place. Far away from the old town really, but to be fair, it's Florence, it's insanely hard to get any closer without paying absurd amounts of money for suffering noise all night. Here it was a very good price and a quiet neighbourhood. Takes around 30-40min walk to get to the Cathedral.

Location was not as close as I would have hoped wish I would have realized soon. there is a small kitchen that you share with other guests we would have liked to have utensils to utilize some of the cookware in the kitchen. Doors are very thin and you can hear other guests very clearly, noises wasn’t an issue that kept us up more of a privacy thing to be aware of. We have many struggles opening up the condo door in the hallway on the second floor.

Owner was very helpful and attentive, rooms were cleaned everyday AC was provided in room large bathroom the room and facilities serve their purpose well. No elevator

Great property, friendly host and the apartment is well situated in florence to reach the centre. Regular cleaning of the property so it was never dirty. I would recommend to anyone visiting florence. n/a

Easy to find, host explained everything and let us keep our bags at the hotel post check out, everything was very clean, and secure

Clean, modern and comfortable room with a beautiful view of Florence and Duomo. The host is very kind to let us leave the luggage before check in time. Weak internet connection. The location can be reached by bus which is often late.

Clean, once the eventually cleaned it There were no cutlery or crockery. The photos on bookings.com didn’t truly reflect what was offered and the host just didn’t seem to interested in offering assistance

Lovely room, very clean. No coffee making facilities

Super friendly host who explained everything and was flexible with check-in time. The room was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Key card access everywhere made it easy to understand how to unlock all the doors. The place is a decent walk from the city centre, but not too far. Sound isolation was non-existent / bad (because of old windows), but we still got a good night’s rest.

Very clean room, modern bathroom! The owner was super nice, too! I was missing basic kitchen utilities like a glass. The room was very small, we didn’t even know where to put the luggage.
