The hotel is amazing, so comfy and clean! The room is enormous and very clean! Everything in this hotel was perfect! The staff Rita and Giuseppe make our stay incredible! We felt like we are at home! It’s perfect! Nothing ☺️

Breakfast is simply and not much to choose from

This is a nice hotel on a quiet street, a location that is sure to be appreciated by tired travelers battling tourist crowds. Better still, it’s just a short walk from a tram stop that connects to the train station. Nearby is a botanical garden well worth strolling though. The hotel is run by two nice people, one of whom speaks very good English. The accommodations are comfortable and up-to-date. Highly recommended.

Beautiful rooms with Fresca ceilings, breakfast included, clean property Our stay started out okay. Then towards the end, it became disappointing. The older receptionist was pretty rude. We checked out and told them we misplaced the second key. They made a big deal about it. I get that replacements can be expensive, but We’re on vacation with a baby, things happen! I would have happily paid a replacement cost if that policy was in place rather than feeling like a criminal for an honest mistake. as my husband was checking out, he forgot to let them know we had two waters from the minibar. We usually don’t use the minibars when vacationing, so it was an honest oversight. We were happy to pay for it, but the receptionist said they could not take cards for 4 euros. She said “if you mentioned it during checkout, i could have added it to the other charges”. Once again, no one wants to feel like they are being scolded on vacation! We actually anpologized annd she said “no you’re not sorry” After those interactions, I said thank you and goodbye. She said absolutely nothing. Just stared. We travel all the time. Not having things in place for when inevitable occurrences happen is not good business! Making your guests feel uncomfortable for honest mistakes is not good business either! If you plan to be a perfect guest on vacation, maybe this is for you. But if you’re traveling with your family and need flexibility, this is not the place. We left that hotel feeling very sad at the interactions we had. I hope they can get better front staff who are more understanding and accommodating.
