Hotel L'Orologio Firenze

Tren istasyonu hemen yanında ve merkezde gezilecek yerlere yakın ama kalabalıktan uzak konforlu bir konaklama sağlıyorlar. Hizmet kalitesi de oldukça iyi. İlk sabah erken saatte kahvaltıya gitmeme rağmen döndüğümde oda temizliği için girmişlerdi, bitmesini beklemek zorunda kaldım. Sonraki günlerde rahatsız etmeyin işareti koymak gerekti.

The location is excellent , the hotel is classy, elegant and very comfortable in almost every sense, the rooms are ample and with plenty of space, bathroom has every Italian feature, and the bed was great, I was able to rest and was not disturb by any outside or inside noise and they were very quiet in every sense . Breakfast was very good and has something for every one. Air conditioner in the room worked perfectly and also everything else in the room. I like everything of this hotel, this will be my hotel for my next stay in Florence next year.

If you are traveling to Florence, you have to stay here. Its central and close to everything. Amazing breakfast!

This was realy amazing hotel with very clean rooms and good location. Beakfast was very good. The hotel did compliment and give as free transportation to Murano factory, where was very gppd explanation. We enjoyed out time. usually in Venice the hotels are not so clean and with such big rooms. Also there was very tasty pizzeria just near hotel, that helps us to avoid too long walks when we were tired.

Location. Service was great and staff accommodating!! Included breakfast was great although we only got to enjoy one. The room was very small. I thought that the price was too high for that time of year .

Incredible staff that went way out of their way to be helpful. Right on the Piazza Santa Maria Novella, and yet set back a tad so it feels private. Luxurious and spacious room. Delightful breakfast with incredible view of the church on SMN The hotel didn't have a large sign on it so it was a bit hard to find, even when I was standing right in front of it.

Only a few items, the shower was extremely slow to drain. We told the front desk, but it was not fixed during our 3 night stay.

Beautiful hotel and great breakfast in an amazing dining room

Room was spacious and staff were welcoming. We loved the breakfast service and how close it was to many things we had planned to do. Highly recommend this location.

Location is nice, just in front of SMN. Accommodating staff and cozy room. I would like to come back here when visiting Firenze again :)
