After initial mix up between "double bed" and "two single beds" that was resolved quickly and without any problems the stay was very pleasant. Very good location close to train but also area with plenty of shops and restaurants close to city center. The room had a very weak wi-fi. That itself is not a problem but advertising having free wi-fi throughout the property and then not being able to use it can be frustrating.

The sign for Hotel Mario was not as prominent as the sign for Hotel Monica or other signs for hotels in the area. I would have liked it to be more visible.

Daily change of towels and the mosquito device, really appreciate this things. Quite noisy due to the room location but overall nice stay

The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was clean, and the location was perfect.

It was ok for a night . I didn’t see any staff to help me at all except for the man at Mario’s hotel (60 Metres away ) who I initially met and paid the money to & who brought me to Monica’s at the start . I couldn’t open the window except for a very small section so it was dark . There was no outside light coming in . The shower screen was not in great condition and difficult to adjust .

Location and staff were amazing. Food in restaurant was great. Charming rustic old hotel. Only thing lacking was a tea/coffee facility in the room. Other than that, one cannot fault anything.

We really liked the location, price-value relation, the staff but we definitely loved having our breakfast outside it was just amazing. We did found a Trattoria named “Enzo e Piero” that was just awesome (we went to diner every single day). Nothing really, we loved this place
