Very pleased with everything. It was quiet, bed was comfortable, there was adequate hot water and it was cool in the room on a very hot day. I would certainly return.

The AC stopped working in the mornings, and there was only one sheet on the beds, no blankets or comforters.

We loved everything about this place. The decor is beautiful. The staff was friendly and we were very comfortable. The photos online didn't do it justice. This place is fantastic!

I firmly believe there was some mold issue I put mattress, the smell when we entered the room could already tell, but once we slept on it, it was really bad. I would encourage the staff to check and replace what needs to be, other than that nice hotel and good location

Not much The room ventilation was terrible the A/C was not working and windows were locked, so there were no fresh air coming into room . Bed was as very uncomfortable and no proper duvet just an old blanket was provided. Shower was so small could barely fit

Excellent location, 8 minutes from the main train station for Florence. Friendly staff even when we arrived earlier than permitted they made sure to help us

Location was great, close to metro and shops Very out dated. Had to leave the key with reception when we left. Needed help with my luggage and the wouldn’t let my friend into the hotel to help.

Well located. Open space next to tue room was nice for the apero. Bad smell in the room, beds were not at all comfortable.

Solid low range option for only 120 euro. Mosquitos in the room- no screen on the window. Sleepless night:(

The breakfast was really good and the design of the hotel area was really beautiful. What I liked specifically was that a barista prepared us espresso with a manual espresso machine not with those automatic coffee machines. Extremely noisy! We couldn't sleep at all because of the street noise. Beds and pillows were too soft which we found uncomfortable.

Everything was fine until money was stolen from the safe while we were packing to check out, we found out that our miney was stolen to be exact 600€ and 200$ and the management was disrespectful and did not help i certainly do not recommend this hotel be careful
