Great location and the most lovely, welcoming staff. Clean as a whistle! I might be too old for a hostel-style bed and mattress. lol.

Pasta, beans tomatoes crushed and variety of fresh vegetables to make Italian meal. Indoor seating and patio beside kitchen. Coffee and tea, water dispenser in breakfast area downstairs. Nice views of skyline throughout. Air condition, in room and throughout. Spacious dorm with under bed drawers (bring your own lock) safe. Window in rooms, for fresh air. Personal light in bedspace, with USB and plug outlets including mini shelf. Two flat sheets provided on bed, make your own, light bed spread (summer). Bed curtains, bed frame is metal, sturdy, mattress firm but slightly uneven. Codes for floor access and room access. Elevator and multiple stairways. Plenty of spaces to recover and meet up within and outside hostel. Great drink selection and discounts for guests. Walking tours offered especially sunset, great experience though fast paced. Only hand soap in bathroom, No toiletries in shower.

The staff was fabulous. I arrived on my birthday and signed up for a pizza making dinner. When the manager learned it was my birthday, he quietly disappeared and then suddenly all the staff was singing “Happy Birthday” to me and he was handing out free lemoncellos to me and all the guests. I felt so special and loved. Then, when I was washing my clothes and needed change, Andiriy gave me four euros and said I didn’t need to give him any money. Making money doesn’t seem to be their top priority. Caring for people and loving them where they are is supreme. Their breakfasts were delicious! Make sure you sign up for their buffet. The steps were easy to ascend but then I pulled a muscle and loved the elevator. My roommate was delightful and so full of joy. One night I had the room for 4 to myself and that was nice too. The bathrooms are adjacent to the bedrooms. The location was fabulous. I definitely would return. Nothing.

Staff was great and so helpful. Fun vibes and clean rooms. Bunk beds were solid and no squeaky. Nothing

Problems with A/C. Partially didn't work on first day. Was told maintenance worker gone for the day. Didn't work at all on 3rd day. Toilet leak was reported on 2nd day and was never fixed. When reported was told it was maintenance workers day off.

Great location! Staff were excellent and very helpful. Had everything you needed.

The bathroom situation got a bit crowded at times but that's how it goes with a 10 person room. I'll say that a nice perk was that a partial wall divided the whole room into sections of 4 beds, 2 beds, and 4 beds (all bunk beds).

The activities and karaoke night, the location, the staff. All amazing. The bathroom in my room smelled a bit due to a pipe issue. But it was always clean.

Location is perfect. The room was a bit cramped. The bedside table was small and there was little place to put stuff. The shower room was small.

It was my first time experiencing the Ostello Bello concept and I loved it. In Florence, the location was amazing—close to the station and at one end of the main street. The staff was the best: super friendly, helpful, and so loving with my dog. The rooms were designed just right, and the bed and sheets were so comfy. I will definitely come back. Nothing

The location The guy who works on the reception. I was waiting for check in from 9:30 at the morning and when it became 3:00 pm i found that the receptionist put someone on my room and he made me wait 30 minutes till the guy go outside the bathroom and the receptionist was too rude.

The location was perfect, and all of the guests and staff had great attitudes of togetherness and congeniality There was nothing to not like, as long as you are ready for a hostel environment

I was traveling with a service animal, and despite apparently being “Pet Friendly” they denied me my room that I booked. They then wanted me to pay almost an extra $200 just to get a single room, which was ridiculous for 2 nights at a hostel, and now they want to keep the money that I paid originally for my first room. Very scummy and cruddy business practices all around. If this is how they treat disabled folks, imagine how they’ll treat you…

My short stay was great! Andriy was extremely helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!
