We had some issues with the bathroom, but they were very prompt in fixing it. If you are only looking for a place to sleep on a budget, it's a good one. Plus point for the location! Great value for money.

Great host, very clean facilities! The power situation on the bunks is a little weird. Bring USB connections!

Great location The cleaning staf (male) don’t respect privacy. They just open the dorms whiteout knocking. Including the manager. He comes in loud they don’t care if you are asleep or taking a shower or changing clothes. This was a female dorm. Very disappointed.

Super close to the center of everything. Clean, AC and only girls that night. Bathroom and shower were clean and inside the room.

Super clear and good, great location, we had a private bathroom in the room which is super cool, the room was so quiet, and the air conditionner was the perfect thing in this hot days, the staff was so friendly, i had a very good journey in Firenze in this hostel and would definitely recommend it. There is no kitchen in the hostel and the water fountain was not working, Also one other thing, Please, you just need to give a heads up before entering the female’s room because sometimes there are women with headscarves or others who need to prepare themselves before a man enters the room.

First off each bed doesn’t have an outlet which was not ideal. And there was rarely someone at the front desk. Also I was placed in a room with just older men all though I had booked mixed gender.

Close to the train station. Very charismatic owner. Was a little bland. Nothing more than a bed and shower. Keys unlocked any room so what was the point. Especially since the outside door was never locked and the key storage wasn’t locked so any smart intruder could enter any room. The cleaning guy was very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Would burst into the room at the 10 am loudly. open the window at let all the hot air in. Then would leave for 20 min and then come back to clean. One time I was the only one in the room so I locked the door to change and left the key in the door to signal to not come in. The cleaner saw it was locked didn’t know aggressively unlocked the door and flung the keys out of the door. Very rude and impolite.

Great location! Very chill hostel, beds was comfortable and the facilities were clean! The owner was very sweet and friendly. There was a bar under which was crowded every day and had fun activities. The rooms have lockers. I didn’t like how the reviews are for this hostel because it was literally great!!

Central and clean

Strange place, no real reception, your key is lying on a table in the hallway in an envelope with your name on, wifi is nearly non existent!!! Definitely not in the room!!! Apparently next to the table with the keys it works okay ... But not useful if you want to plan your next day or next step of the trip ... Definitely not a hostel feeling. No space to meet/ sit. No kitchen, as mentioned in the description!

Doesn’t have reception, only one day one person came and received city task, even for key no body was available there they put out key on the table, and no body share us the wifi password and doesn’t have any kitchen , at least need one refrigerator in the room or share
