The front desk was helpful and the breakfasst, though simple, wes good, the lady in charge of breakfast was very nice. The room had a door to a porch with tables and chairs and a garden The garden needed an extra TLC, but that didn't prevent it's coziness

Safe location, not too far from the historic center. A/C didn't get too fresh in the hottest days of summer, so it can be a bit hard to sleep for some people, the shower box is not really good, water will go through it, and no frigobar in the room.

Breakfast was fine, basic and sufficient for our needs No air conditioning and the room was sweltering hot.

Nothing Rude receptionist. After check out, right outside the hotel I felt my legs itching and realized there were bedbug bites on me. 100 euros night. I do not recommend this hotel.

Location was good, AC worked, you could eat breakfast in the garden It was not clean(under the bed there was an ear stick, the shower was very dirty- there was a lot of hair and mold). I asked them a question through Booking a few days before our stay and they didn’t bother to answer, they don’t speak nor understand english.

Had a balcony/terrace, there was a lot of room, bathroom was a good size, the bed was comfy, had AC The towels weren’t fully clean, some staff were not as helpful as others

Although not central, very close to Campo Marte station and connected well by buses to the centre (S.M.N. station and historic sights) - at least if they are not on strike. Clean and spacious room, well working wifi, European style sockets. Good breakfast, however mainly only with sweet components. Helpful staff, possibility to store the luggage before check-in / after check-out. Only some small packages of shower gel in the bathroom, no soap, also toilet paper scarce. Most of the staff don't speak foreign languages. Strict curfew for 23:00 - they may lock the door, and it's over. Not too many shopping or dining facilities in the neighbourhood areas.

Nothing at all. If I could have canceled and got an instant refund I would have. They lied about free parking. They don’t have any parking. Everything is outdated. And the breakfast they charged for was not good. Also water goes hot cold and even stops and the internet is stuck in the Stone Age. I recommend booking.com removes this hotel from the list.
