The host was lovely and very eager to help with our needs

The lady was so amazing and helpful. She really cares about her guests. The bed was comfortable the AC was the best one I have found in all of my rooms in Italy. The shower was a bit small, not huge deal for me but could be for someone else.

Far from the main city, but I knew that when I booked. The price was too good.

The place is very safe, the room is comfortable, was very clean. There’s a lady that comes and cleans the room, also the towels are changed every 2 days. There’s a supermarket very nearby where you can buy food/ beverages. The staff Costanza was very friendly and explained everything to us. The historic center is a little far, about 30-40 min walking, and the train station around 25 min. There’s public transportation and stops very close to the property. There’s a cafeteria right at the corner ‘Caffè Mingo’ that has very delicious coffee/ cappuccino/ breakfast. I recommend. -If you are a tall person (>1,80m) you may feel the shower is very small to move. My husband had some difficulties. But most showers in Italy are small. -Even if they offer a small fridge on the upper level of stairs, It would be super helpful and convenient to have a small fridge in each room separately, mainly in very hot weather times. We would have felt more comfortable with a fridge in the room, instead of having to go upstairs to store our beverages/ water.

The room was really nice, very spacious and comfortable. The bed sheets were super soft. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It clearly shows that the owners have strived to make the rooms as nice as possible, providing the rooms with enough places to store clothes, as well as chairs and sofas. Bathroom was also really nice and modern. The area around the property is also very nice, with many bars and cafes, and close to many restaurants. It is right next to a big supermarket, and because it is not in the more touristy area of the city, it is quieter at night. The shower in our needs some attention. While the shower is being used, the water leaks onto the floor of the bathroom, unless the shower head is pionting to one specific direction.

The property was clean and well maintained. There was constant construction going on downstairs.

The room was very nice and clean, the host was helpful and friendly and the check-in was easy and without any problems even late at night. There was a balcony and the bed sheets were changed every day. It's about 20 min walk to the center. Also, the beds were pretty comfortable, so everything was great.

Everything was perfect The bathroom is very good and the room has very good taste. Comfortable bed and lots of space. The building itself it can be a lil bit dark and scary specially at night
