Excellent air conditioning. Very clean. Requires a car. Not walkable without difficulty.

The owners were very nice. They spoke English and were able to give us wonderful tips on where to park our car and what to see in the area outside of the typical Florence llocations.

Owners very pleasant and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good. The whole place had a nice feel about it. Would probably hire a car if we returned as bus times we a but sporadic but that's no slight on the owners or the property.

Nice cosy comfy home feeling . The water bottles could have been provided daily basis along with toiletries.The kitchen should be accessible for the day too for tea or coffee break or kettle could be kept in rooms

Location is just outside the busy city, which made it very relaxing and quiter, facilties was very clean and breakfast was great.

Breakfast was just fine…the room was very nice and clean and a very good bathroom..we had a little problem getting back with the bus,but no biggie.The host was very nice and helpful.I definitely recommend a stay there. I liked everything…would come again. Cannot think of anything I disliked.

We had a fantastic, spacious, clean and beautiful room. The breakfast was plentiful, and our hosts gave us the kindest, friendly welcome, which made us feel at home. Thank you again for this experience! We would love to go another time!

Great location by the bus stop into Florence, big rooms. Breakfast was basic, fresh bread or croissants and wider choice of fruit would have made a difference. No hot water.

Far from center and hard to commute there. Only 1 bus goes there, we waited for hours for the bus. Only stay there if you have a car.
