My Friends is a gem of a place. I had already pre booked my last 3 night stay in Florence at another place w à pool and I already regret it. Lisa greeted me and allowed for an early check in tho if room isnt ready they have a place to store luggage. It’s a hostel so should I need to shower while u wait for bed, they’d let you. This place has been one of the few places I experienced on this trip where the once famous Italian hospitality still exists. The women’s dorms are located in à flat next door and it’s a truly women o Ly space which is appreciated. There’s a peaceful vibe. the two flats that have rooms also have a garden and fully equipped kitchen each. Plenty of bathrooms. The owners generously gift guests eggs, pasta, sauce, and bread and some milk and juice. Hostel is located 5 min walk from train station on a relatively quiet street. I really loved this space and appreciate that they held my luggage for two days while I traveled nearby. There’s nothing to complain about. It’s a great location, nice staff, comfy and clean beds Great peaceful space.

The property was in a great location, just a 3-5 minute walk from the Florence station ( Firenze Santa Maria Novella).The rooms were clean, and they also had a free kitchen with plenty of free food available for the guests.The downside was that the lockers didn't have locks, and the bathroom size was quite small. But overall, it was great value for money, and I had a very good stay there for 1 night. The hostel staff was very nice as well, and you can store luggage after checkout too. They also gave towels for free and not all hostels do that, so I appreciated that. Everything was great in my opinion, if they could provide locks for the lockers without charging that will be excellent.

Close to train central station and attractions. Provide espresso , cookies and juice for free. Just the bas smell in entrance gate of building

I like the value. For a budget stay in Firenze this place is decent, clean and somewhat centrally located. I liked the kitchen the most as it was clean and they offered a very nice espresso machine and free food items including eggs, yogurt, pasta, bread and more. They have 2 facilities next to each other and I was not in the "main" one and had to go back and forth for checking in, luggage storage, wifi passwords etc. bed could also be more comfortable.

Location, clean 4 bed women’s room, great stocked kitchen and secure. Nice staff. AC not like the USA, but worked.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

Location is close to bus station and not far from Duomo. Stuff is friendly and very helpful. I was late to check-in and lost, but receptionist waited for me. There is cooking area with eggs, bread, pasta, tea, yogurt and biscuits.

3 bathrooms are shared by many people, communal space is limited, overall it feels cramped and humid. one staff member asked how I slept, I responded that the room is on a very busy, loud street- they said I shouldnt 'complain' because we are in a city. strange vibes

Greatest Location , hospitality

I enjoyed staying for 2 nights at my friends. Staff were amazing and attentive, in fact, special shout out to Lisa for when she checked in on me when I was coughing from allergies and offered me tea. The place though small is very clean. Location-wise, place is right in between of the train station and the center of Firenze. The city is very expensive so for the price I paid, I think this hostel is worth staying at.

Excellent breakfast options. They never ran out of eggs, milk, bread, coffee, etc. Very clean bathrooms, comfortable beds. If you want a quiet hostel close to the city center, this is a good choice.

Great location and plentiful amount of free food, such as eggs and pasta for those that want to make their own food. The plug next to my bed didn’t work, so I wasn’t able to charge my phone overnight, but they told me they were gonna fix it right away.

Convince , close to train station, and walking distance to all the places where you want to visit Hospitality which provides foods 24 hours

Breakfast included. Staff very polite and attentive. Good location. Good price.

The staff was super nice. I appreciated all they did. It is not an expectation that they make beds during your stay so that was a delight—come into the room at 2 pm and see everything tidied up. The bathrooms were kept clean during the day. Appreciated that, too. Finally, the kitchen was delightful (and furnished). My only suggestion might be if they have a small community table in the actual rooms (to allow people to fold clothes/temporarily organize backpack before leaving, etc)
