Excellent location. Clean and comfortable room. Very well furnished. Comfortable bed. Helpful and kind staff. Would definitely stay again. Was a bit hard to find. Not familiar with location glad locals were helpful.

We loved staying at Mondragone! Its so cozy and has charm. Starting with the wooden elevator and looking outside of my window and watching the people walk by. A great central location Close to train station And the people that work and own this cool hotel are soo helpful. Will be staying here again! Can't think of anything.

Close to most major sites in Florence. We walked to many places. Probably the tiny elevator.

The property is very clean. Big room with high ceiling which makes it very comfortable to stay. Danielle is very kind and helpful to us. The breakfast is very nice also. ??

I was a bit miffed by the receptionist the 1st day.

Great location. Rooms was perfect. The lobby of the building smells bad like bad mildew. Just need to put some scents. But the building is an office building. The room was good. The staff were great. The breakfast area is a small room. It works but it is not luxurious.

Please put a big sign outside so that it’s easy to find the property

The room too small I asked them to add extra bed and when I arrived they said it’s not available

Good location. Hard to regulate air, one pillow for sleeping, one towel each, one tea bag for each of us, no water bottles or drinking glasses. Hard to get into the space. You need the code for front door, code to get in their part of the building and still a key in case the front door key does not work. Confusing. Would not stay again.

Location was great a few meters away from Piazza Di Santa Maria Novella, breakfast was very good and staff very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were large enough and well decorated.
