Hotel Spagna

The shower was ridiculously small, I could barely get through the shower door and couldn’t move without heating myself.

Location. Train, all attractions everything was within 5-10 minutes walking distance. No elevator. Room was very old. My room ceiling had water leak stains and shower edges were full of molds.

It’s centrally located and the room was spacious. None.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The stairs are very steep and there is no elevator. Small bathroom.

Room furniture a bit outdated, bathroom had no hangers, halls carpet old and broken in some sections.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. They stored my bags even after check out until I left the city. The location is perfect, near anything, the train station, famous attractions and places.

The location was excellent! The reception was great! The room weren't so comfortable and very clean; it had just the necessary stuff. They could do much better with the rooms.

Staff was nice. There were bugs in the room, rooms were very dim, beds were extremely uncomfortable and the area smelled. Barely any room to step in the washroom.

The property was very clean and in a good location. They even recently updated to include an elevator which is very appreciated. It’s small but gets the job done

Narrow stairwells. Bathrooms cramped. Street noise.

It was in a very good location The staff was okay with the exception of one who just went home in front of my nose and tells that another colleague will be there except I waited at least 15 min for the other one to even arrive so he could help. Usually it wouldn’t bother me but having a long day and being exhausted you want to go to your room asap especially when you checked in online not to waste time.

Great location, access to hotel after 9pm was easy, wonderful staff. Checkout process is easy too even we left early. They provide us with everything we need! None

The location is great, very convenient! The room was very specious and comfortable the only problem was that it does not have elevator and the way to the rooms with your suitcases is very uncomfortable

Not expected 3rd floor without the elevator, but nothing to complain about. Small repairs could be done in the room to make it look 10 times better, with small effort.

Good location and next to bus station

It was perfectly located, great to hop on and off from Firenze Train station. The room was big and very clean. The staff had the courtesy of leaving the AC on prior to our arrival making a very pleasant arrival. The room was as pictures describe it. Our room was located in the first floor but you couldn’t take the elevator to it, that was a big downside for my pregnant wife and on top of that to have to carry the suitcase. Some rooms you can use the elevator but some you can’t.

I wish there was an elevator as traveling with an infant requires heavy luggage which was very difficult to get to our room but otherwise we had a very lovely experience at this hotel
