The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are lovely. The location is a quiet street but extremely close to the Duomo. Because of a canceled flight, two of the three rooms were not used for one night. The hotel did not offer any flexibility on this- not even a complimentary coffee!

One of the best city hotels I’ve ever stayed in, incredible breakfast and location with one of the kindest and best workers in the business It took me a very long time to think of one bad thing as there was so little but my only complaint is the bartender in the main bar was very hard to find
