The breakfast was limited, and coffee was bad!

Location Expensive

When we were there they had a problem with the water on our floor. We didn’t have water to shower or brush our teeth the first night. The water never worked well over our three night stay.

The location was epic - a 7-min walk from the train station and a few minutes to the major sights. The breakfast and coffee were amazing, way more offerings than we expected. It was helpful to have an elevator (luggage) but it was only one floor up otherwise. The staff were so kind, helped us leave our luggage before check in, and upgraded our room. The facilities were really nice (bathroom, comfy bed, blackout shades).

Breakfast wasn’t good. Very small area for serving breakfast.

Property was beautiful including the artwork on the ceiling in this building that is over 100 years old .Staff was excellent accommodations were excellent .right in city center. Walking distance to all major locations. restaurants right outside the door. Young woman who prepared breakfast every morning was fantastic and accommodating, and very friendly. As was daily and nighttime staff.. Nothing although electrical lighting and electricity system unusual with card having to be put into a machine but apparently that is all hotels in Florence. Took time getting used to..

This hotel was situated in the town in Florence.The hotel was secured. There are a lot of shops and restaurants below the hotel. There is a good restaurant below the hotel that serves good pizza and Florentine steaks. The room was modern and very clean. It is about a 10-15 minute walked from Santa Maria Novella station. None.

Excellent location! The tv control was not working properly, the control buttons did not work properly.

We were very happy to be upgraded to a suite with a bathtub, however, there is no place we could hang the shower. It can be challenging to shower in a bathtub while holding the shower. A small hook could increase significantly the experience.

Great location. Six minute walk from train station ,about a 7 minute walk to Duomo. maybe a 15 minute walk to Ponta Vecchio. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Staff super friendly.

Good location. Everything was walkable from here The room was only ok, the sofa cover was dirty and our window opened up to the outdoor seating area as well as our bathroom window

Excellent location, very modern inside, don’t get discouraged by the building Florence is a very old city, no different than the rest of Italy

We enjoyed this hotel and we were happy that we were given a bigger room. The room was amazing with an impressive ceiling design. The location was perfect, short walking distance to almost all the main attractions in Florence. The breakfast was good and hotel had an outdoor terrace which was lovely in the morning and at night. We arrived by car and the nearby parking garage (Garage Giglio) is very convenient.

Room is very clean, renovated. Staff were friendly and helpful. None. Great stay !
