The beds and pillows were not as comfortable as expected for a 5 star hotel. Beds could be softer, pillows were flat and hard, could offer more fluffy/softer options.

I've stayed there three times and would do it again, but I didn't like that I had pre-booked at a higher rate than the hotel rate the 3rd time and didn't get a price adjustment so I paid more than I should have (reserved through Booking.com)

Great helpfull staff. The location was excellent, near the transportation and all the need to visit site are next door. Clean and sepacious room.

Breakfast not bad ,the only one thing the salmon fillet was not fresh and a little dry and dark and it was very good visible, I didn’t even eat it. All the rest is fine.

perfect location, clean and great breakfast. thank you to the great host Tiziano for caring for guests during breakfast. he memorised what i like ?? the beautiful Claudia at reception for smiling and welcoming us every time we walked in ? and the true gentleman mister Mauro for allowing us extra time to pack ❤️

Size of bedroom very small

Rooms are small like a cruise ship rooms. We had to drive for over an hour to figure out out where to park and the staff was nice and sent us a taxi for us to follow to the hotel but cost us extra 20 Euros.

Everything was perfect. The location, the staff, the breakfast and the hotel itself. I would prefer to come back to this hotel if I visit Florence again. Do not hesitate to book a room. There is nothing that I didn’t like. If I could only make a suggestion that would be maybe having a better/another hand wash,body lotion (another brand) in the rooms.
