It is very close to the Duomo and Galleria del Academia but in a quiet street. The area is safe but close to La Giostra restaurant, a great coffee and pastry place called Ricordi that was open at 6am and express laundry.

Massimo greeted us and provided us with recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. He was available to answer any questions and we appreciated his warm personality. Location was close to all the sights and the room was clean. Great breakfast.

I loved that Massimo was such a great host! The property is located in walking distance to everything and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Breakfast was provided but you have to walk to it! I wish it was either in the building or brought to the room.

2 deadbolt locks prior to entering your room. I really appreciate that! No windows, but the room was very Modern

The location of accommodation is amazing. It's really just a few minutes (up to 5 min.) from Duomo and main square. The room has very authentic atmosphere. It's very cosy but very small. The bed has a very soft mattress, so the quality of sleep was not the best. But for some people, it can be comfortable. For us, it was not.

The location is great, right in the city centre. Rooms are clean and very atmospheric - wooden ceilings and paintings of Italian renowned artists create a right poetic mood for visiting Florence. We were granted the key not only from the room but also from the entrance door which gives you some independence.

Great Location Huge space Strong AC Authentic room with beautiful wooden ceiling and iconic artworks on the walls. The owner was really nice If the shampoo/shower gel and/or the toilet paper were not enough, you may help yourself (this is so great, especially for people with long hair) Check-out time is 11:00, which is also greater than other places Would say it's dirty overall in the room, but the bathroom was clean (so, just suggest bringing your own slippers and some disinfectant wipes/sprays) The toilet brush stinks a lot The upper bed sheet also stinks a lot (though at least the white sheet under and the bed itself were clean)

Good location, nice clean quiet room with your own bathroom and basic sink, kettle and fridge. A little hard to find initially. But once you’ve find it, it’s easy to get back to.
