The location was great and we had a very nice balcony to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine.

Only location. But, there are many many many other hotel around this areas and we checked them all while we were there and all are faaaaar better for the price! Scam Simply, What you pay for is not what you get. This is 1 or 2 stars hotel maxxxx If you reading this comment DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL (Trust me!)

Convenient There was no staff to greet me and it took forever to gain access into building. I had to finally get in through other guests staying at this place.

Great location! Right in the middle of luxury shopping, and easily walkable to all attractions. In the evening there were opera singers in the piazza! The room was nice and clean with daily housekeeping. It was a few floors up, but the elevator was reliable. We were staying in town after checkout, and we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk and pick it up on our way to the train station. The reception is t staffed all the time, and we were delayed getting into town, so we missed our appointment to check in. It wasn't really an issue though, we just had to call the number and someone came by right away.

I wish there was a safe in the room to keep my passport and computer in. I ended up taking my passport with me but would have preferred to leave it in a safe place at the hotel. I also wish there was a place to sit besides the bed.

There was really nothing disappointing about this place! We had everything we needed and we would definitely recommend.

Location was amazing! Close to main attractions and lots of restaurants. Incredible view from our terrace. Very nice, comfortable and modern room and bathroom. Host was very friendly and kind. The elevator is very small and sometimes it doesn’t work.

The only negative point was that there were no slippers in the hotel room. I’m sure you will take this into consideration, because at least disposable slippers are very useful and important in hotel rooms??

Great location — everything was within walking distance and easy to access. The host was very helpful and responsive, making the stay smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The shower doors may use some modification to prevent water running to the bathroom floor. Nothing a plastic bag couldn't solve.
-
The walls are thin, and it's possible to hear noise from the side apartments, as well as from the front door when someone arrives. For light sleepers, this could be a problem.
-
Beautiful atmosphere in terms of historical places. We got to listen great music from our balcony and view. Nothing negative

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations, especially considering the very high price. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable — the towels were old and rough, the bathroom vent was covered in dust, and there were stains on the walls that clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Several parts of the room were also in poor condition: the towel rack was broken, the sink counter in the bathroom was damaged, and the window shutters were partly broken. The air conditioning only worked on heating mode, so the room became uncomfortably warm at night, and there was no way to cool it down. What made things worse was the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from the staff. Communication was slow, and when we did receive replies, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, we left very disappointed. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and service.

Great location comfortable and clean. Ability to have someone singing opera outside your window in the late afternoon was amazing. Just loved the place and Florence

Spacious room, great location near everything in Florence. Beds super comfortable and great shower! Excellent AC. Would be nice if they can provide better toilet paper and have extra supply available in the room. We request extra when we ran out but never received.

Great Location, Solid Stay - Know What to Expect We booked Tornabuoni Place last minute and after reading some mixed reviews, I was a bit wary - but overall, we were pleasantly surprised. This is more of an unhosted apartment setup, split into several en-suite rooms — not a traditional hotel. That said, our room was spacious, with enough space for two large suitcases and even a HIIT workout the next morning! The location is absolutely unbeatable — right in the heart of Florence near designer shopping, restaurants, and Il Magnifico Café (great morning coffee). A parking garage was just 100 meters away, and once we shut the windows, it was completely quiet at night. Yes, the “terrace” some reviews mention is more of a shared split balcony, so temper expectations there. ⚠️ Heads-up: If you’re arriving after 8pm, check-in can be a hassle since there’s no reception, so plan accordingly. But for the price and location, we felt it was a great value. We’d stay again with eyes wide open. Nothing.

Although it was stated that there was parking, the parking was in a different location and usually they require reservation beforehand. We were travelling with motorcycle, and the garages were not eager for letting us to park our motorcycle. There is no breakfast, although it said bed and breakfast.. We had a room with terrace, but the terrace was shared between two rooms, and that was not stated.. As soon as you walk in to the terrace, you could see inside of the other room..

The location is great - very easy to access everything we wanted to do. The rooms were very nice - the upgraded balcony is shared with an adjacent room, which is a little awkward, but still nice to be able to pop out there and watch the activity in the piazza. Checking in with staff was pretty easy - they really are not around otherwise, but accessible by messaging. The rooms are on the 3rd floor - which is a lot of stairs if you're uncomfortable with the tiny old elevator. But the elevator is a nice option for when you're too tired or have all your bags.

Central location, easy to reach and walking distance to everything you want to see in Florence. Well maintained with shared terrace. Reception on the same floor with friendly support-which was not really needed, but available. Great restaurants, bars and cafes around.
