The service this hotels offers is very high quality, our room's layout was prefect our 8-day-stay. The staff was competent and very nice. The breakfast was of a wide variety and tasty. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant where we were granteed 20% off the total amount. We stayed with a dog who was let in the restaurant's outside area, which we highly appreciated. The location is great, public transport is within 200-300 metres. Our car was parked in the underground garage. We will come back in the future. Best wishes to the staff.

Tra i numerosi alberghi in cui ho soggiornato a Firenze, questo è senza dubbio uno dei migliori. La struttura è splendida: pur trovandosi a breve distanza dal centro, offre un’atmosfera tranquilla e riservata, arricchita da un delizioso cortile interno con comodi divanetti, perfetto per concedersi un momento di relax. Le camere sono spaziose, eleganti, estremamente confortevoli e impeccabilmente pulite. La colazione a buffet è di ottima qualità, con un’ampia scelta di prodotti. Una menzione speciale va agli sfogliati, davvero eccellenti. L’unico piccolo aspetto migliorabile del mio soggiorno ha riguardato l’aria condizionata. Nonostante la spegnessi prima di andare a dormire, si riattivava automaticamente dopo qualche ora, costringendomi a svegliarmi per spegnerla nuovamente. Un dettaglio che, se risolto, renderebbe l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

The location and breakfast The room are outdated, no ventilation in the shower, the light switches are connected to the box to the bad which is not very intuitive. Also the reception is unable to give the invoice as requested.

Location and Parking Rooms were dated and could use a paint and retile which made it appear terrible. No reception as no one answers Bed formation quite uncomfortable.

Friendly and professional staff Some surfaces of my room were a bit dusty and the shower head attached to the ceiling didn’t function properly, but I guess these are minor inconveniences

We were impressed by the beautiful style, decorations, spaciousness of the whole hotel, from reception, to breakfast room, to the guest room itself. Staff super friendly. Pet-friendly and parking available on-site. A little away from the old town, but we enjoyed walking to and from it, and happy to be away from the large crowds. Nothing to report.
