Best Western Inn Florence

I reserved a king room with a whirlpool tub and that's what I got. I absolutely enjoyed my weekend getaway. The room was clean save for a few long hairs on a pillow but luckily I always bring my own. And the jets could've been cleaned more thoroughly but I brought my own lysol wipes for that purpose. The room never did get ice cold but it was in direct sunlight and all it took was one hot shower to take all the cool away. So remember, the whirlpool room doesn't have doors to keep the heat from a shower or using the Jacuzzi in the bathroom area. Didn't bother me too much since I also brought a plug in mini fan to sleep with. If I had a major complaint it was that the sheets seemed damp. Maybe they need a different material or thread count. Other than that, breakfast was decent (maybe include some liquid cheese for the eggs), hallway was clean and quiet, front desk was friendly and helpful (thanks Mackenzie). Didn't get to go to the outdoor pool, too many kids, seemed to be a family reunion weekend (not the hotel's fault). The room did have a mini fridge, microwave and sink which was great too. I would totally stay there again. It's not far from shopping and food.

It was a good stay. I was surprised honestly. I came for the Cincinnati fest for the first time and if I came back, I wouldn’t be against staying here again.

The elevator did not work late at night.

Parking was easy to find and there was plenty of room. The staff members were friendly and helpful at check in, there wasn’t any trouble. There were small spots that were missed on the tub and on one of the side tables by the bed, but other than that, the room was very nice and clean. The air conditioning was set to 67°in the evening, but it didn’t get cold until the next morning. Would stay again!

Facility was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

The curtains were not really black out or even dark enough. The lights from the property & street were so bright, it looked like day time through closed curtains at night. I couldn't sleep well because of it. Also the AC was not blowing as cold and I set it to 68. The breakfast was good and the staff are friendly. The room was clean and plenty of parking. The location was great. Just wish I could of slept better.

good location for getting on and off interstate. need towel bars in bathroom. breakfast needs some help - no fruit, no choice of yogurt flavors, no bacon or biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs were in a warmer, but were barely lukewarm. not too far from some decent restaurants. staff was pleasant. no tv channel guide in our room.

It was all and all a good stay
