The Room was not clean, the carpet felt damp.

Very affordable place to stay but, attracts a lot of arrogant neighbors. They have no respect for other people above, next you, or below you. Last night from 7 pm on June 22, 2026 to 6 am on June 23, 2026 I had the worst night at a hotel ever in my life. The people above me were arguing and throwing things and stomping on the floor the entire night into the morning. Cops came but didn’t do anything. Front desk staff said they would be removing them but it never actually happened. I had to call out of work because I couldn’t even get 1 whole hour of sleep all night. Would very much like a refund for that night and my days worth of pay from missing work. I’m 9 hours away from home as well.

Do NOT stay there unless you like BUGS!! We were there 5 minutes and Left!!

We left after 10 minutes. Lobby had buckets under the smoke detectors where water was leaking from. Mold along window frame, picture frame and in bathroom. Very dirty, hole in the floor by head of bed. Staff cursing at people in lobby. Staff not ready or able to check in people at 3pm. Was promised a refund and still waiting.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was big but the floor tiles were broken. Low flow shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lacking! Bagels but no peanut butter. Only 2 types of cereal. Muffins were the size of a quarter.

ICE MACHINE NOT WORKING. ELEVALTOR STOPPED WORKING. HAD TO USE STAIRS

Bedbug, need I say more?

There was a comb sitting in the hallway from the night I checked in until 2 mornings later when I checked out. The elevator didn't work after the first night. There were alarms going off frequently in the morning.

The breakfast. The lady at the desk was rude and we was standing there to pay for our room and she decided to tell us our room was being given to someone else that we would have to switch rooms an then lied to us by telling us she had no room for us and then kept our deposit money and told us we would have to call on Monday to get it back and we did and they decided they are keeping our deposit for no reason.The elevator was broke down and we had to carry everything up and down 3 floors of steps. Is there a corporate phone number were I can call and complain?

Just don’t book it, the rooms and property look nothing like the pictures. Mold everywhere, very dirty, smells like smoke. Terrible!

Needs to be updated and remodeled really bad smell very musty moldy

It was horrible. It was dirty. It was nasty. The hall smell of dogs needed to be clean. All you can smell is weed in the halls. Shower curtain and smell like mold TV remote had no back. Couldn’t see the TV was old found hair everywhere in the bed and the shower is on the floors. Air-conditioning filters were dirty. I had to clean them in the bathtub. The breakfast bar was nasty dirty water in the drain, clean and wipe dirt everywhere. It was horrible.

Breakfast was fine .Very little protein to choose from .There were pan cakes ,donuts ,bagels , and bread for toast. Only protein was yogurts. Fresh fruit was apples

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and well stocked with towels ,shampoo,hair conditioner,and body wash .There was a laundry room to do your own laundry . Breakfast was fine .Very little protein to choose from .There were pan cakes ,donuts ,bagels , and bread for toast. Only protein was yogurts. Fresh fruit was apples

Poor condition. Bad smell, laundry almost works. ice machine don't working. Staff is very nice

Stay away. One star is lowest I can rate. Was there for a couple hours, had bugs crawling on floor and wall. Left there to get a different place to stay. Would not refund my payment. Keep looking and don’t stay at this Microtel.
