Everything else was horrible...broken fridges, no microwave....roaches....exposed wires behind entertainment center....non smoking rooms had been smoked in as well as cigarette burns along the tub. Hotel employees had attitudes when I came up about the remote not working. Hard to get ahold of GM....I will Never stay at this hotel again. Hotel needs to be revamped. I've worked in Hospitality for 15 yrs....this place is horrid and they really need to do something about the meth heads wandering around the parking lot.

We checked in and went to the room. As soon as I opened the door I saw a bug run across the floor. I immediately checked the sheets and mattress. They had bed bugs. We went back to the office and told the man behind the counter. He said I brought the bugs with me. It got ugly for a minute and then we went to the room and I showed him the nasty mattress. ....still waiting for the refund and we stayed at another place
