The room was big, nice and clean, but location which i thought was close to the train station, was actually far away Contact with the personel wasn’t good. We made an appointment, the person did not show up and did not let me know in advance that they wouldn’t be coming. They only replied after I asked where they were, after the time, saying that they wouldn’t be coming. She was kind but i think it was unprofessional :(

Excellent location, free coffee available in the morning was very convenient. There was a bit of mold in the room. The room was facing a main road so if you are sensitive to noise, I would not recommend it. No staff was present at the property so we could not talk to anyone when we needed something. The price was too high for the size of the room and the facilities.

Great location, convenient to the train station. We did not interact in person with the staff, but they were attentive when messaged and the room was cleaned perfectly each day. Great value for your money and location.

The location was good, close to the tram stop to the airport, 10 minutes walk from the train station and around 15 minutes walk from the centre. There’s a couple of cafes and small shops for water and snacks right outside. Access details were simple and they supplied coffee and water in the room. The duvet on the bed was a winter duvet so it was too hot at night and there is air conditioning but I would prefer a lighter bed cover. Our room was onto a busy road so you definitely need earplugs (which they do supply), especially when the tram is running. There seemed to be nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom or anywhere near a mirror, a shelf in the bathroom above the sink would have been handy.

Clean, easy to get in, good location, friendly staff Some days it was a bit noisier than I’d prefer, but it always happens in Italian flats. One of the shower doors was missing, we still managed to use the shower using one door to close, but I’d suggest fixing

The proximity to the main train station was very convenient. They provided access to coffee and tea which was nice. There was mold in the room which made us uncomfortable. The personelle was never around so in case we needed something, we could not talk to anyone easily. (Thankfully we did not need something.) It can get quite noisy if there is a lot of traffic/people on the street (if you are sesnitive to noise, this is not for you).
