No one person from the hotel was there to assist with check in or EVER during the stay. It took more than 1 HOUR to enter the place and to.find the key to the room. WORST CHECKING EXPERIENCE EVER!

Great value for money, excellent location, and clear access instructions. Full support via WhatsApp, including helpful recommendations, made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The elevator was quite small, and the room felt noisy and cold at night, which impacted overall comfort.

Amazing location and walkable to all the shops, restaurants and attractions. Also very close to train station too. Loved the art on the wall in the room. Beautiful! Balcony was a nice touch too. Bathroom toilet was constantly running but it was fixed. That’s about it.

The room is super clean, location 10 minutes from the main station and 20 minutes from other attractions The owner ( manger) was so helpful

It was around 10 minutes walk from train station and town center also close to tram station. it is in an apartment that was split to several guest rooms. Bathroom was ok and the room cleaned daily. It is a simple budget accommodation reasonably priced for Florence. Never met the owner, everything done by WhatsApp and this went smoothly.

Thanks for a great stay and the host Julia was exceptional in providing detailed information, also about restaurants and sightseeing tips. She messaged each day so see if everything was okay. The location was very convenient and central and the room was comfortable. Only one little thing initially - there were perhaps no guests before me and the AC didn't work to warm up the room. Julia helped me via chat to reset the remote control...therefore it felt very cold initially and took a few hours to warm up the room in this rainy season. But I was provided an extra blanket and could sleep very comfortably.

Excellent location we walked to everything. Cute, compact and very clean. Modern bathroom. Great place to sleep and refresh after a day and evening in Florence. Host Julia had many helpful suggestions. Streetcar noise

The owner gave really detailed instructions on how to check in and how to get to the property depending on how you get into town! She also allowed us to have an early check-in which we appreciated so much! During the stay we were given recommendations on what we should go see, where to eat and facts about Florence. The only thing I could think of was that the room didn’t have a microwave but that isn’t a necessity so not really a complaint.

400m from station. Large room. Great shower. Lots of really cool art. Not enough pillows and blankets. A bit cold (was 0°C outside). Occasional noise from trams.
