We stayed here a year ago and decided to stay again this year. When we booked last year there was no parking fee. This year they've just implemented a $10/ day parking fee, this fee was not even there when I've booked this year. Upon arrival they told us it was just implemented. The front desk was very good. The room was ok, bathroom could be cleaner, the AC thermostat battery was low and AC did not work great. The breakfast was ok, typical for a free breakfast. I will not come back because of the parking fee, there are other similar hotels with free parking in the exact same area with same price and amenities.

Ants in the hearing accessible room. We booked a room with double queen beds and one sofa. When we arrived for check in at 3pm, the front desk said they didn’t have our room available so they gave us a hearing accessible room. Ants were flooding everywhere, the windows, bathroom walls, the table close to the sofa, everywhere.

Location was great for our needs. The breakfast was good and always stocked well with plenty of options. The gym was nice The pool was not kept clean very well. Not just in the pool but around it. The snack and drinks at the front were scarce to say the least.

We got a room with a king size bed and a full-size sofa bed in Homestead, FL, for a reasonable price. We were on our way to the Keys. The room was so nice that on our way back from the Keys, we stopped and rented the same type room again. It’s wonderful to have a full size sofa on which to read or watch TV after going out to dinner. The only negative was that we were charged $10 for parking each night.

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Appreciated the bright smile upon arrival. Room was in excellent condition and more than expected. Having only one night!

I really enjoy this hotel, my 2nd time staying over the last few weeks. I live in another city in Florida and have a daughter going to UM. The Friendly staff, Safety, Cleanliness of the hotel & rooms, Breakfast, will have me staying again and again.
