Very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, builing well maintained, breakfast was great, hot food and lots of variety. Very safe environment.

Food was great. Service was ok. There’s a guy that works nights and seems slow. I don’t know if there’s anything wrong pre se, but he’ll just rare at you if you don’t say anything initially.

Staff is all super friendly and helpful. Gym was well maintained and clean, and the breakfast was one of the best continentals we’ve ever experienced.

Clean room. Amazing breakfast. Close and free parking. Close to many fast food restaurants and sit down restaurants. Staff was always cleaning. Amazing place to stay

The breakfast was excellent. It was easy to check in and out too. I wish more experiences were has relaxing as this stay.

We had a enjoyable stay and good memory of our trip courtesy of these two girls who are dedicated to excellent customer service. We will come back again

I received excellent service from Jenny at the front desk, a really good first impression. Parking was ample and complimentary. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. In-room amenities were nice, there was a safe for valuables, iron/ironing board, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee-maker and Dove hand soap, lotion, Body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Complimentary breakfast was standard (not great but not bad either) eggs, sausage, cereal, pancakes, toast, juice. The TV remote was clearly a generic replacement and it was a bit difficult to navigate as there was no "Guide" button nor was there a printout of available channels and the volume at max was below the hum of the AC. However, there was good WiFi and we resorted to using our own devices for entertainment. The location was great, very near to restaurants and shopping and easy to get down to Key Largo/Islamorada

This hotel is good if you’re on a budget but if you want something nicer this is not it.

The welcome and info upon check in was great. I did however ask if our 2 rooms were connected and was told yes. Might have been a misunderstanding, they were together though side by side. Breakfast area clean and plenty of variety. Very reasonable even when FIFA was in town. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice front desk. Very warm when we arrived. I think the $25.00 taken from my credit card was terrible! It’s the Holiday Inn Express!

Booked 2 rooms over a month in advance and told the staff the day of we wouldn’t be arriving until around 8pm. Arrived and had 2 rooms on separate floors. Upon entering one room, it was very hot and humid (expecting Florida outside) and the AC fan was broken and rattling very loudly. Called front desk immediately and since they were ‘full’ they couldn’t change my room. Maintenance man came up that spoke very little English and basically said the he couldn’t fix the fan. Front desk staff gave me bogus email for a manager that couldn’t be reached on weekends when I asked for refund or discount. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Hilton. Breakfast area was okay but pancake maker was undercooking the pancakes.

It was a good experience and a quiet place to rest. Breakfast was pretty good.

Overall I was happy.

Stopped by on our trip to the Everglades and keys. Perfect spot for access to both
