Good stay.

The rooms were clean but the furniture was dirty with stains. Couldn’t enjoy the pool because it was nasty. The water was green and slimy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was very clean and just so relaxing . We spent our Anniversary at a great place.

Clean room. Family friendly. Staff were friendly and hospitality was great! Dining room area had many sections to choose, to sit. Parking was free and accessible.

The layout of the rooms was great I asked for a extra blanket and was told that they did not have any. Then the next day when I asked to change out the towels we used the receptionist told me they did not have any again but a saw a cleaning lady and she was nice enough to change them out for us. There was a broken handle on the bathroom door and only one remote that worked for the two TV s the other one did not work and I gave it to the receptionist who said she would put it in the notes

Breakfast was good

I didn't find anything to my satisfaction. Check-in thru the entire stay: no room phone service, no towels, no housekeeping services my entire stay, room kitchenette have no utensils, repeatedly false fire alarms, live bugs in room. Lights not working in my room, didn't have the ability to make coffee in my room (request for filters was not taken care of)Very disappointed with my stay at this location!!

Dirty!!! Floor is dirty, shower is dirty, no bags in trash cans unless tou want to put them in yourself! Hair on shower walls, dried booger on wall, trash behind toilet,. Breakfast attendant was amazing, friendly and so helpful. Front desk staff was rude at check in and check out! Our room only had 3 towels for 5 people and were told there were no kore towels available. Will never stay at a Staybridge again!

The property was clean and well lit the room was spacious. The pool was nice. All the amenities were great. I can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone was awesome the night auditor. I had a glitch with my card. She was helpful. Walk me through it. The young lady that came on after her. I can’t think of her name was very helpful. housekeepers were awesome. The receptionist that was there during the day slim light, skinned, black girl was the best. I am definitely gonna stay here again. The only complaint I have about the property is that I came on the weekend not during the weekdays so I didn’t get to have part of the happy hour social

The hotel was clearly newer and pretty well maintained. Complaints are there was no ice machine (or ice at all it seems) and the breakfast was lacking. Pool was green and there were sanitizer stations everywhere but no sanitizer. No huge complaints, just small things that could have been better.
