It was clean and well kept

The property was clean, staff were very friendly and quick check in.

Nothing this time The first time we stayed there 3 weeks ago they put us in a fairly decent room. This time we stayed Ther the room didn’t smell clean, there was black mold everywhere on the ceiling and on the walls. We are handicapped and our room 120 was half way down the hall. I asked the lady to put us in another room but said she couldn’t and there was many folks there so I’m pretty sure that they had other rooms available. The smell of marijuana was awful since I am highly allergic I had to open the door to my room Ang get out the building and in my car quick. It wasn’t in th room where we were it was outside in the parking lot and down the hall. The ice machine wasn’t putting out much ice at all. I got 1 40 ounce cup out of it and I couldn’t get anymore out to fill my husbands glass up. Asked for extra sugar and they had none. Just won’t be staying there again.

Nothing!! The staff wasn’t friendly, the room smelled really bad, the blankets on the bed were dirty and breakfast were bad as well. I won’t ever use this hotel again

My son just had surgery, everyone was sweet and understanding everything.

Everything was perfect and clean …

The room wasn’t very clean. The side of the mattress cover was dirty. Clumps of hair in the shower. Room had a musty smell. AC did not work very well. However there was a ceiling fan which was a pleasant surprise.

I have stayed with several times while I have appointments in Flowood. Its quiet and clean and located in a great spot! I would recommend to new travelers in town. Bed is really comfortable but pillows aren't firm enough when dealing with neck issues

Very good service and very clean

The room was clean and we slept well. The lady that checked us in was nice and very helpful. We stayed on the first floor, which was not a problem, they either had no elevator or it was broken. We liked the idea of a complimentary breakfast. It consisted of Cherrios or Raisin Bran with milk. Coffee to drink.

Great quiet location

Disgusting. Reviews for this place MUST be fake. Lobby looked like it was furnished out of a dumpster but I thought maybe the room would at least be clean enough to just sleep for the night. It was not. Mattresses were super thin and not comfortable. Bedding was covered in stains. Furniture was broken and missing parts. Carpet was stained and ripped. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. We would not stay here and they did not refund. We found somewhere decent down the road.

It was a good location. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, everyone’s backs and necks were sore. No plugs for the bath tub to give kids baths. Staff refused to let us get a couple extra towels until in the morning. It was only 6:30-7pm when we asked. Some of the plugs didn’t work for the hair dryer or to charge electronics.

Clean room with a nice sitting area. Larger than expected. Comfortable and very close to the medical facility where I had an appointment. All good as I recall
