Really Great place to stay. Staff is helpful. Room was clean. Air conditioner was a lil slow cooling off room but that may have been due to thermostat being set on 78 when we first arrived in room. The restaurant could use a little more staff. Food is good but the wait times can get on the longer side. Pool and lazy river is great though some of the lights weren't on. The elevators are pretty quick, so quick that if u wait too long to get on the doors will close quickly and u will have to wait for elevator to return. Rooftop bar is great but didn't visit this time due to a private event. This hotel refuge is a rec ommemd for me.

Rooms were comfy and super clean! Pool and lazy river were nice. Food at pool side bar was really good! Great place to stay!

The bathroom wall around the toilet was stained from pee and they didn’t have free breakfast my family in joyed every thing else I had just had surgery so I couldn’t do anything good to try and go back on day when I’m able to do some of the stuff that is available

I loved everything about this place. It was my first time trying the pool bar and it was the perfect combo for the lazy river. I also tried out the bar on the rooftop and 10/10. The food was amazing, service was great, and the vibes were just right!!

Everything was great other than a couple issues. Pool closes at 10 and they made everyone get out at 9:45. Was a big deal but was a little frustrating. The worst part was being woke up at 1:15 am due to water leaking from the room above us. Water was pouring out of the light fixture in our bathroom. Went to the front desk to tell them about the issue. Went had to move into a different room in the middle of the night. Waking up our 2 and 4 year olds. Finally got back to bed around 3 am. Was frustrated since we were there for one night to get much needed rest to finish out long drive home from vacation. The man at the front desk said he’d accommodate us for the issue. The lady we spoke to in the morning said she couldn’t anything to accommodate us since we used Expedia.

Everything wash clean only problem we arrived at 4:30 and couldn't check in because the room wasn't ready yet so we didn't check in until 5:15
