The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Taksim, Galata, restaurants, cafés, and public transportation. The staff were friendly and responsive, and the room had everything we needed for a 7-night stay. The elevator and air conditioning were a big plus. The room was a little compact, but it was well designed and comfortable. Nothing major to complain about.

The location was absolutely perfect for getting around the modern part of the city. The host at the door Farnoud, was really friendly, with excellent English and very knowledgeable about the city. Nothing, it was perfect for our needs

Great location, in the center of a very busy taksim, and the room itself was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond, even helped us find an open pharmacy late at night. Modern facilities, strong shower pressure. No ironing facilities were available despite them being listed on booking.com, which did affect our plans. The window of our room opened to the inside of the facility, so we did not have any sunlight/view of turkey, but we were able to ventilate the room. Towels we got when we first arrived were dirty but the staff immediately got us new ones

The room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly, and rooms are cleaned on request every other day. Its in a very central location This is nothing to do with the hotel, but the noise was too much. Even on the fourth floor the noise from celebrations until early hours of the morning would wake me up - cars going past with music at full volume and windows wide open for one, as well as music from other places. It was Kurban Bayrami at the time, so may have just been extra noisy. You do step straight out of the hotel into a busy street that resembles Regents Street at Christmas

Even though I stayed on the top floor, it was incredibly noisy at night. Property is located in a very busy area.
