We loved our stay! I would definitely recommend staying there if you're looking for something on more of the affordable side. The place was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and ALL our amenities in the room worked! They even allow your furry friends to stay. 10/10 would stay again!

The staff was very helpful, had smiles and all of the amenities mentioned in the ad were there. The hot tub was hot and available daily until 11, The pool was right next to ot to quickly cool off. The beach was only 15 minutes away and there was a waffle house directly next door that we walked to for walffels at midnight. The room was restocked with towels daily. Theytook very good care of us , I loved the stay and definitely would recommend it. We ate biscuits and gravy in the morning with juices but they had a bunch of different things to choose from. The Tv had Direct Tv on demand so I watched my favorite show! Great price for excellent service.

Be aware this hotel is pet friendly I didn’t know that at booking so there was several small dogs in the rooms barking periodically which was very annoying and this is a smoking hotel so you could smell smoke outside everywhere and in the lobby and in the elevators, but the rooms were nice if it wasn’t for the dogs and the smoking it would be a really nice place.

My room was clean and it was nice to have a full sized refrigerator. I enjoyed my peaceful stay.

Exceptional

I booked a reservation had made mistake said I would get money back for the room haven’t received money back it has happened twice and I’m getting really fed up with this Expedia thing. I definitely haven’t saved anything through this at all it’s cost me more in the long run. Just get my money back to me.

Average stay, nothing stood out. We just stayed for a quick overnight sleep though.

The room was impregnated with cigarette smell. We can barely stay there. Had to open the door and let the air flow for a little while. Also we went to the front desk and the staff gave us an odor spray that helped a little but the smell was very strong.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT N/A

So I normally never post a review but in this case I am. There was one problem that was very upsetting. The main thing myself and my friend always want for our vacation is to use the pool. It was filthy. There was so much trash in it and it was not clear like I normally see at a hotel pool. It was so cloudy looking. I did let the front desk know. They did send someone out very shortly afterwards and cleaned it some but it was still very dirty and cloudy looking A couple days later they had it closed at night because they said the chemicals were too high. From what we were seeing and what the maintenance guys told us made it pretty apparent they dont do the proper maintenance that is required for a pool. I dont believe they would have sent anyone out at all if I had not complained. I complained two different times. The maintenance guy that had come out on that first day after I made a complaint told my friend and myself that they dont have daily maintenance for the pool. There was so much grime in the pool. I will say the rest of the property was excellent but the pool issue will make me not stay there again.

Pool was having issues with chlorine and chemical so it was out of service. Other than that the grounds and room were nice and clean.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast could use some help. Both in taste and variety.
