Breakfast was nice and hot, safe member on Saturday was very nice . Room was nasty, hair was left in the bed. Towels had stains on them . Did not get cleaning service on Saturday . Make up on pillow case

The hotel was next to all shopping and restaurant great location.

The staff were rude and unprofessional. The vent in the bathroom was so caked up with dust

The location was great for me. It was very easy to get in and out, close to stores to shop and enjoy the area we we in.

Walked into our room it was very dark and musty. As we began to unpack we found that the carpet was soaking wet. So the smell was actually mildew. We alerted staff and very kindly left and booked another hotel. I would not suggest anyone to stay here. They need to do some major work to this location.

I loved the fact that the hotel was accessible to everything we were doing for the weekend. I didn’t like the fact that the toilet was stopped up and we had to constantly plunge it after each use. It was only one person at the front desk and she couldn’t keep up.

Convenient location and easy to get in and out. Staff was amazing and the rooms were great. Best sleep I’ve gotten on vacation.

Everything Nothing

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location and parking were great. The pool and hot tub were fun! We've never had a bad experience with Holiday Inn like this before, but this will probably be our last time giving them our business. The sink was filthy and leaked all night, leaving our entire room flooded with water. The unhygienic conditions were so severe that our kids even got sick. The manager on duty made no effort to resolve any of these issues; all they offered was a late checkout. They completely ruined our summer vacation. 0/5 for room cleanliness.

Breakfast was ok could of being better they had a poor old lady about to retire doing breakfast and everything was out evry minute when u ask for things she didn't seem to reply back over all not a clean property

Clean room comfortable bed

Shante was especially helpful by extending our checkout and storing our luggage as we waited for a late flight. Facilities are very well maintained and the bed and shower were wonderful!

Room and property very nice! Front desk employees very helpful! The staff for breakfast were phenomenal! They were indeed the definition of southern hospitality! Our family will definitely be back!!!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was courteous and the amenities were pleasant. I think there could be small renovations done here and there. Overall it was pleasant stay.

Fantastic

I did pay at the property and the hotel canceled my reservations. Due to they tried to charge my card before we got to the hotel. I called Expedia trying to see why that happened and they acted as if they didn't know. And didn't try to help me. The lady at the hotel said they have told Expedia numerous of times to stop advertising pay at the property, because they no longer do that option.
