Had a good stay. Lot of noise from upstairs one night but the attendant took care it right a way. Good breakfast each morning, friendly staff.

Hotel was nice clean, staff was welcoming & they allowed us to check in early than the 4:00 time. It is in a great location for shopping, eating ,& water park. I definitely will book here again.

Overall check in was a breeze, convenient location, the rooms were clean, I do wish it was able to be colder and the beds were too soft (personal preference) but overall would stay again.

When arrived the front door clerk was rude, we arrived at 4 waited 2hrs for room to be ready, requested 1st floor, got 3rd floor, went to ck out, no functioning elevator, had to carry all luggage down by stairs, the free breakfast wasn't fit for a dog.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms was clean the only complaint I have is it’s time for the bathroom tub to be replaced

Honestly that stay was pretty solid. My big gripe is that we arrived at 3:50 10 minutes before checkout and we called before we got there and asked if we could check in when we got there. They said yes, but when we got there the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait till 4:25 to check in because that’s when the room was done cleaning. Just a major inconvenience when we had to get ready to be somewhere in an hour. Plus we payed a pretty penny to be there so it was upsetting. The room though was solid and clean and had everything we needed.
