When I arrived to check in around 5:08 PM, I was informed that Expedia had overbooked the hotel and that the Double Queen Suite I had reserved was no longer available. Instead, I was given a King Suite and assured that extra linens would be provided since I was traveling with my husband and children. The front desk associate was courteous and did provide the additional bedding as promised. However, after returning to the hotel with my family, I did what I always do before settling into any hotel room, I inspected the bed. As soon as I pulled back the sheets, I discovered a live bed bug crawling on the bed. We immediately gathered our belongings, left the room, and reported the issue to the front desk. We never unpacked or stayed in the room. The front desk staff instructed me to email the General Manager with the video I recorded of the bed bug and explained that a refund could not be processed until management reviewed the evidence. While I appreciate that the staff followed their procedures, it was frustrating to leave without an immediate resolution after encountering such a serious cleanliness issue. Traveling with my family, especially young children, made this experience even more stressful. No guest should have to worry about bringing bed bugs home after checking into a hotel. I hope management takes this issue seriously, thoroughly inspects and treats the affected rooms.

We had a issue with the breakfast not being filled at 9 am they told us it was from 6:30-9:30 and by 9 everything was done and they did not want to refill food it was a upsetting experience bc several kids and families didn’t get to eat my group was 9 and only 3 of us got to eat !

Hotel is nice and around a good bit of things so you don't have to drive far out for food or shopping. Check in was smooth and front desk person was very sweet. Our room nice and quiet, bed were very comfortable. Only complaint was in our trash can they had tongue scrapers which was weird and the bathroom had all the big towels but only 1 small wash clothe

Would I stay again? Absolutely if they can get their accounting and billing sorted out.
