Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Foley

Super friendly staff.

I am a caretaker, the person I take care of is in a wheelchair and have special needs. The handicap room was accessible. It's very clean. It was very easy to assist him. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. Anything we needed all we had to do was asked. Breakfast was Good. Coffee,tea and water was available 24 hours. Evening appetizer and drinks was available for a fee. Nice walking trails located in the area. Shopping was close. A Hidden Gem

The elevator was down while we were there but other than that it was a nice stay. Breakfast was regular not too appealing but free…nice and cheap place to stay though

The property was convient to restaurants, stores and access to all types of entertainment mm. The breakfast was very good and staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Price was great!

Elevator was out on a fully operating 4 floor hotel... not good. Other than that, it was okay.

Elevators not working

My room had a little odor.

Door to room would not lock.

Hotel was nice and clean. The elevator was out and we weren't offered to switch to ground floor. I called and asked them to open pool since they were 30min behind schedule, then it took another 30min to locate the key. Staff is young. Hotel is understaffed.

Every thing was really good

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Seemed fairly new, modern, had a suite with full size fridge and two burner flat cook top which was nice for not eating out. Staff was great and it was a nice convenient location.

the elevator was broke , no fault of their own upon check in I was told we would get $20 off our stay and a $10 credit for the market. Never received either and I have now called twice and was told a manager would call me back and that has yet to happen. Don’t promise something if you aren’t gonna follow through

The only issue we experienced is that the elevators were not working and apparently hadn’t been working for sometime. We were not advised if this upon making the reservation nor prior to us arriving. We were a family of 6 traveling with an infant. One of our family members had COPD and doing the stairs was almost impossible.

The location and environment. I came at the wrong time I think lol but elevator was down.

The property itself was situated in a quiet area off of the main road. It was sheltered by woods and restaurants and market on the one side. There was plenty of parking as well. I felt very safe even when I was entering or exiting the hotel early in the morning. The beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly in the room was clean. The only thing that was difficult was the elevator was not working for the entire entirety of our stay and we were on the third floor, so we had to go up and down the stairs and the exit door that led to the parking lot was extremely heavy.

The hotel and staff were fantastic! We had to book last minute and they were very accommodating. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The only downside was the elevator was out for the entirety of our 6-night stay.
