House keeper did not even attempt to clean our room during our stay, we had to go to the front desk and request our own towels and empty our own trash.

This is the cleanest hotel property I've ever visited. I loved the location, as my daughter and I were there to visit the Tropic Falls water park. Orange Beach isn't far either.

We have stayed here several times, and have never had a problem. Everything was fantastic as usual, unfortunately, the room that we had had mold all over the ceiling in the main room and all over the entire bathroom ceiling. I have a mild allergy to mold and had a runny nose and coughing the entire weekend.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the property had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Everything was convenient and made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

A picky eater I love the waffles My TV in the living area didn't work I had ants on the AC unit and on the sofa spoke with staff they said they'll take care of it wasn't happy
