The location was not great if you didn't have a car

Lot’s of space - also inside the rooms - and very good restaurant. Breakfast good but not great

Quite location We tried the resterant poor quality for the price we ate out the following night better quality and cheaper

The swimming pool was very nice and generally the outside part of the hotel is very impressive! The breakfast was very tasty, especially the sweet part, there were so many different cakes to try! It is a nice place but I don’t think I will suggest it to someone else. There were small things that gave us negative feelings for the hotel: 1. We informed that we need swimming caps in order to use the pool after our arrival, so we had to buy them there. We could know that upfront.. 2. One of the two nights there, there was a wedding party. Our room was in the ground floor in front of the party; and up to midnight we could hear the music like we were participating. Again we could choose another room if we were informed earlier. 3. Last, it’s the first time I’m charged for the two small bottles of water in Italy, especially during summer months.. Also we didn’t know that in front. it’s not about the 3€ , it was disappointing the value of money of the accommodation.

The location is great in a quiet area in a nice surrounding. Spacious cleans rooms en very friendly staff at the breakfast and especially the restaurant during dinner. The beds are quite hard (this is a personal taste) and didn't give me a good sleep. The ladies at the reception are not friendly and don't speak English (it's 2024!). As soon as they learn you're not an Italian their interest is completely gone. The water pressure in the shower is poor and the shower itself is very outdated

Very nice property up to international standard , very helpful reception and restaurant service , should not charge for water bottle in the fridge If the fridge in the room has only 3 bottle of water should not charge for it , otherwise stock up the fridge with beverage and list the price , looks like cheap to get your bill and be charged 1 euro a bottle for water will be better to charge 5 euro and find a bottle of any superior beverage like beer or wine, the swimming pool head cover ( cuffiette) should be free beacause is not international standard to wear head cover in the pool . I recommend this hotel in Foligno wich includes a very good breakfast with the help of very helpful ladies thank you will be back

Lovely structure in a good location Breakfast was good and varied with great service Good and safe parking in private gardens We were allowed to check in a little early. Only 1/2 hour walk to the centro storico. Air conditioning didn’t work. Talked to staff a couple of times and they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t have a different room to move us into. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and water from mini bar you had to pay for. Generally clean but insect Pooh on lamp shades. Bedroom door couldn’t be locked from inside. No one could enter without a key card but physical lock was broken. See message above that no other rooms were available. We had been told before going that the pool was closed but what a shame.

Breakfast was good. Protein choices can be wider. Breakfast staff excelent

we had to leave early in the morning & didn’t get to eat our included breakfast. we were disappointed that we couldn’t even get a cup of coffee before we left.
