Great location, cheap and amazing staff!

The staff were excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great!

1. I was given a separate bed in the dorm as I asked on booking 2. Big personal locker. Alex from reception gave me small padlock which I returned on check out along with the key 3. Big clean bathroom with liquid soap. It was also shower gel available, but I'm not sure if it was of one of my roommates. So I used my own 4. Location is perfect. 10 minutes on foot from railway station and 8 minutes from historic part of the city 5. Common kitchen with fridge. Very good equiped 6. Nice common area outside. A sort of terraсe 7. Very friendly staff. Alex told me about the palio in Foligno, that took place that evening 8. Very good breakfast: 3 types of juice, 3 types of cakes, fruits, bread, cheese, salami and sausage, cookies and many other things. Great choice for this price 1. The towel is not included in the price. I new it and took my own 2. It is necessary to remember the night entrance code, otherwise you will not be able to get back inside 3. You will ned a very small padlock for the locker. My own didn't fit. Ask it on reception Generally I'm happy with everything. Just gave information for future guests

I have no complaints about this property. Everything was really wonderful. I felt that the woman receptionist could have been more informative about the property and more welcoming.

location, breakfast, price, had a poor experience with someone arriving late and then eating in the room. The smells from that food still haunt me. I know that I take risk staying in a hostel multi person room. This time, I wasn't fortunate.

I liked the welcoming staff and the fact of finally finding a classical Ostello. It is also quite convenient. I didn't like the way they managed common spaces as if they were prepared just for groups or boy scouts. Also the atmosphere is not too cozy.

Very interesting and historical venue.

There's history in these walls. Breakfast is great! Can a place be too quiet? This isn't the kind of place where you go to meet other travels.

Breakfast was included. The staff didn't tell us upon check-in that we would have no use of the gorgeous garden/patio or any of the outside area due to a child's birthday party that went on for over six hours. After hiking 14 miles to get there, spending almost €70 to stay there, i had no use of the one signature space they advertised. So i had gotten an inexpensive dinner from the grocery store, expecting to sit out on the grass and enjoy the sunset while i eat, but was instead forced to eat in my uncomfortable room with florescent lighting. It was so depressing. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, full of springs, and the mattresses were filthy. The towels weren't even big enough to wrap my hair in. I would have enjoyed this place if i were allowed to enjoy the space i paid to use.

it is in the downtown, a few minutes from the cathedral. breakfast was ok in Italian terms. they provided eggs. : ) it is a hostel, but one wouldn't tell, there are normal rooms. i think there was no wifi, or we did not ask for it. : )

Excellent place. Helpful staff. Spacious room. Just about 10-15 mins walking distance to city centre and rail station. Decent breakfast & fulfilling. Nothing specific.
