Easily accessible location and very responsive with messages on the app. Clean, good wifi and value for money.Nice and quiet in the morning because it's in a pedestrian zone.Just note that the roof terrace is only accessible from rooms on the top floor. I had a heavy suitcase so not having an elevator wasn't so good. I would have liked to have the ability to make a cup of tea in my room. Also it would have been nice to get a little more information at check in and maybe a recommendation for where to eat.

The lady who managed the hotel was very friendly. The room itself was clean and adequate to my needs and was a good value for the money. The hotel is only a five-minute walk to the train station and is proximate to the middle of town. I have no complaints at all about the hotel room, the service, the location, or the price. If someone were to stay in Foligno, I would recommend this hotel.

La Toretta is centrally located in the town of Foligno, a quick 7-10 minutes walk from the train station. The hostess Mariana was available at all times and was very helpful. We were a little apprehensive about taking the stairs (our room was on the 4th floor), but it was quite okay eventually. The stairs are broad, well-lighted, not steep or rickety, so the ascent is not at all dreadful even with luggage. Good WiFi & breakfast, clean toilet, sufficient toiletries, central location...overall good value for the money you pay. There's free water and chocolate in the reception. The center of town is just a 5-minute walk and the bus station is another 5-minute on foot on the opposite direction. Recommended for a budget or short stay. The shower is very small.

It was a Good location, & breakfast was also good. Landlady was very helpful. There was a small problem with the toilet cistern, which was making a constant drip noise, but I was able to sort it out myself.
