The hotel locates near Foligno railway station? but the room was not very noisy. The nmain noise was from other rooms. The room had heating, TV, free wi fi, safe, AC . The bathroom had shower cabin and bide. The breakfast was very basic: cereals, buns, yogurt, sweets, cruassans, drinks. The hotel has a bar near dining room. The staff was helpful and provided all available information. No lift. no minibar, no kettler

Good air conditioning, good location, good bathroom, comfortable bed and clean room. Good breakfast No refrigerator or tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Every member of staff that we met were really helpful and friendly. They made suggestions for restaurants in Foligno and were very accommodating, allowing us to continue using g the hotel carpark even after we had checked out. There was nothing we did not like.

The employees are gentle, breakfast is huge and tasty. Rooms are like in the pics, clean and with all the facilities you need. For any query, the receptionist will help you. There is also a parking spot and location is very good as it is close to the city center.

Next to the train station, exceptional service, front desk personnel extremely helpful.

I had to check out before breakfast was served, so the hotel staff kindly provided me with a few pastries, apples, water, and juice the previous day. I was truly grateful for this thoughtful gesture.

the flexibility and helpfulness of the staff as well as decent italian breakfast - fresh brioches and high quality of cappuccino. old style a bit-the floors and there is no elevator - challenging fr people with mobility issues

The location is convenient as per the larger parking car. The third bed in the room is too small for an adult but unfortunately they have no choice otherwise the room door could not open.

The hotel is close to the train station and to the town centre. All members of staff are very friendly. The finishes in the room and toilet look dated

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental. (Not the best start to the day for a Brit). but I knew that when I booked. The coffee, and croissant selection was fresh and tasted good, and that was what I was offered on booking. Next time I'm in Foligno I'll use this hotel.

This is a modest but very welcoming small family-run hotel, with very friendly and accommodating staff in a perfect spot for travelling around Umbria by train. Our bedroom was spotlessly clean and had very efficient aircon, which seems to be strangely lacking in a lot of the accommodation options in Foligno. There was a nice Italian breakfast served in the breakfast bar that was included in the room price. Although we had the aircon on at night there was a little disturbance from neighbouring rooms, so the soundproofing is not great. However the noise of trains was not as intrusive as we had anticipated being so close to the station.
