The location of the hotel is very good, you can reach the city centre quickly on foot. There is free parking, but too few for all guests. However, the staff are very keen to find a solution. The room was quite large and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast offer was also very good. The breakfast room is too small and it gets too crowded at breakfast time.

easy, well located and clean - big bathroom, compared to the room nothing special we only stayed one night so please take this into account, we didn't explore the whole hotel and what it can offer seems very old fashioned and dated, the room was really small - bathroom was almost bigger we only stayed one night so please take this into account, we didn't explore the whole hotel and what it can offer

Wonderful Hotel with a fantastic room with good breakfast in the morning. Additionally was amazing to use the spa and massage facilities too.

Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean, thermostat in the room worked correctly keeping the room temperature as desired. Double television in the bathroom is a nice touch, but would be better on a swivel. Location is great, right around the corner from the train station and comfortable to walk into the centre of Foligno. The WiFi was very slow and hardly worked in the room. Parking is off the street with a limited free places and adjacent areas are paying only. Sky is provided in the rooms but always reverts to Italian at every channel change. Breakfast is quite abundant but a supplement is to be paid for hot food such as bacon or cooked eggs.
