A nice hotel situated in the centre of the town in the area with the main sights and a lot of restaurants and bars, 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A good clean room, a very friendly and helpful personnel. Stable wifi. The breakfast was ok.

i arrived very tired, a bit disoriented and in need of some kindness and a gracious greeting. I got all of that and more! The breakfast was great, the teen daughter h elped me find the local grocery in the rain (and did it cheerfully and sweetly) I got good advice from the various staff at the desk..some that I will use for future trips. This was my first stay in Foligno and I'm so glad I had that brief time!

Piazza Matteotti, in front of hotel, was constantly occupied by loitering vagrants, and regularly smelled of urine. Perhaps surrounding businesses can influence city to patrol and clean.?or even redesign.

Perfect location - right by the old city center, accessible by your car. Parking in front of hotel. Room very comfortable with high ceilings and nice design. Was very quiet. Personal was exceptionally helpful.

We were surprised by this hotel: location, staff, restaurant, breakfast- everything was excellent! Tucked away in a convenient location, it proved to be the perfect starting point for our adventures and a serene retreat at the end of our bustling days. It's challenging to articulate a critique when every element of our stay was curated to near perfection.

Splendid location, just off the main square. The room was very big and very comfortable, absolutely oversize. Good breakfast, with real cakes and very good croissants. The personnel is very kind. Parking available for customers of the hotel. Arrangment of the room hardware had some issues: the TV is small given the distance from the bed (big room!), one power outlet was shared by the TV and the boiler (had to disconnect the TV to make hot water), central heating was off (had to turn the main switch to have hot shower).

Overall stay left really good impression. The stuff in the hotel is excellent, made us feel really welcomed. Breakfast was also great, with variety of options, and coffe from bar. Room was quite nice as well, giving the price. Perfect price & quality ratio
