Regatta Inn Folly Beach

Absolutely love this place -Anne and Lisa were incredible hosts. Can’t wait for our next visit!

This is where you go to relax and not have to worry about anything. The breakfast (included) was delicious, especially the "special" pastries from the local bakery. Loved that there was always a delicious egg/chees/sausage bake hot and ready. Happy Hour was also lovely. Nice charcuterie and thoughtful beverage choices. Great to take snacks out on the 2nd floor deck and watch the marina. Our room was just spacious enough and we had a big bathroom. LOVED having the screened in porch with view of sunset and the Marina. Also love the golf cart shuttle service to and from the beach. Every little bit helps when slugging beach gear. And the BEST feature...the amazing staff....Kim and Lisa were fantastic. Friendly. Caring. Interested. Really go all out to make sure that all guests are happy. We can't wait to go back again! Rooms a little on the small side so don't have any dresser or drawers to put things in. Not a huge deal, but living out of the suitcase gets a little tiring. Good size closet though, which was nice.

The beach is a 5 minute walk and the rooms have an incredible view.

The Regatta Inn was fabulous!! The staff made sure we had everything we needed and more during our stay. The bikes were a huge plus as well as the shuttle ride to the beach. It was a super easy drive to Charleston as well. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Folly Beach!

This is a MUST stay property!! Do yourself a favor and book at least 3 nights you won’t want to leave!! Breakfast and happy hour are delicious. The rooms and balconies are gorgeous and the staff if downright incredible

Beautiful house, great food and wonderful staff! I really enjoyed talking with Annie! She was so kind and hospitable! My only complaint is for some reason I couldn’t get WiFi in the room I was staying in (even turning off the WiFi), but it was probably a good thing not to be checking my phone as much! :)

The WiFi was a bit challenging. But, it did not keep us from loving our time at the inn. We will be back.

This was a perfect spot for a getaway. From the personalized greeting to the beautiful room, wine and charcuterie in the afternoon, wonderful breakfast in the morning - just a wonderful place. Attention to detail is obvious in every aspect. I highly recommend staying here!

It is a beautiful property overlooking the Folly Beach Estuary. Convenient to the Atlantic beachfront and to the downtown area. What made it exceptionally special was the wonderful and engaging staff consisting of Lisa, Kim and Anne. The breakfasts were superb and unique. The warmth of the staff made it one of our most memorable stays and we have traveled all over the world. I have no negative comments about the property.

The Inn was charming and the staff was amazing. It is towards the end of Folly Beach so, it was away from the busy area. 4 minute walk to the beach that was not crowded at all like it is near the pier. Highly recommend!

My partner and I loved our stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the dining room was always stocked with drinks and snacks, and we had a quick walk to the beach with towels and beach chairs provided. Would absolutely recommend!

This inn was phenomenal for the price! I thought it was expensive until we got there. It was worth every penny! They serve breakfast (a real breakfast, not just bagels and doughnuts) and had happy hour every afternoon around 4 with snacks and wine! At no extra cost! The staff was amazing! They were so nice! Took us to the beach on the golf cart and the inn had chairs and umbrellas we could use on the beach! I’ll stay here every time I go back to Folly. It was lovely!! I had the best vacation ever!

Everything about the stay was just exceptional from start to finish, what a find. From the delicious breakfasts, wine hour, gorgeous room and beach kit supply. Need to find my way back here again!! Nothing.
