All the staff were very friendly especially Barbara who gave us a lunch when we arrived and normally they don't serve lunch. The bedrooms were rather overheated despite the radiators being off. It was the underfloor heating which was very warm.

Good restaurant with regional cuisine. Breakfast includes fresh regional products. Small but comfortable room with a balcony and beautiful mountain views. Good comfortable bed. Very clean, all plumbing in good condition. There is a new great pool (we didn't try it, it was a bit chilly). We have the best experience of this hotel and the friendly and hospitable staff of the hotel. The hotel deserves more stars. We think that we will come back here. Thank you.
