Hotel Villamare

Great location steps from the beach. They provided beach towels. Excellent service from all the staff. Cater to your every need. Always happy to assist. Super clean Hotel, property and Room. Room had plenty of outlets near bed to charge things. WIFI was strong as i had to work via VPN. Breakfast is OUTSTANDING. someone there makes everything fresh. Owner prides herself on privacy and tranquility and it shows. You feel at peace here. Little store steps away to get gelato and pizza: good location. I was visiting Cani Cattini and Avola so this is a great halfway point. Its on bus line but i used car service reccomended by hotel. AMAZING place and trip. Would come again and stay here. The seat on my desk chair wasnt attached completely but i think it was an antique. I didnt complain.

Really great place to stay! The staff was incredible, every single person was so kind and helpful, they were attentive and thoughtful. The rooms were spacious and lovely. The gardens around the property were so beautiful and lovely to spend time in. The pool was so nice. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was wonderful being so close to the beach, and it's such a beautiful beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

The room smelled and was very dark. The staff were not always very welcoming. The value was not very good.

very friendly and helpful staff, superb breakfast buffet and a nice garden with pool. room was okay, although a bit dark due to only one small window. Definitely not enough storage space for clothing, an additional wardrobe with hangers would help.

Beautiful grounds, well kept, with a resort feel.So close to accessible public beach too! Very friendly, professional staff who go out of their way to ensure you are happy. Very spacious room and terrace (lwe were upgraded!!) Very lush and modern decor. We loved our suite! Felt like home away from home. Breakfasts were plentiful and superb, we looked forward to them. Pool was lovely and pool shower hot and strong!! Kudos to Villamare . Wonderful stay in lovely Fontane Bianche with a close walk to 2 good restaurants as well as bars and bus stops to get to Siracusa Nothing, was a great stay

Friendly staff. Breakfast was fine for the week. For a longer stay not too comfortable and price quality ratio not good. A cot for a baby was expensive , 30 euro per night, expensive compared to what you get for the hotel. Very outdated hotel and room. The shower door was broken and there was mold in the shower. The bar in the hotel is very expensive, out of proportion compared to the prices in the neighborhood. For a weekend the town could be nice on the beach but for a longer stay very boring, nothing to do. No good restaurants nearby.

We had a comfortable room towards the front of the hotel with a balcony overlooking the carpark. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Access to the beach is good and the pool area is really nicely done with some very lovely planting, which is quite unusual. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and seating on the edge of the pool area. Again, the staff were very good during our stay, making breakfast an enjoyable experience. As we had a hire car, parking was important but was never a problem, with covered parking usually available. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you are looking to stay in this area. Nothing significant

It was close to the beach. The gardens were beautiful. Their breakfast variety was awesome. The painted stripes on the bedroom wall had many drip marks. There was an air freshener in the washroom that was strong, yes it can be removed but already penetrates the linens.

Good food, overall good facilities and comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean and OK size. The rooms we were in were a bit on the smaller end.

The location is excellent, right next to a white sandy beach. The hotel's garden is beautiful, the pool is clean, the breakfast is very good, the staff is friendly There was no window in the room, it was very dark and musty. One night there was no room in the restaurant, which was not far from the accommodation, they only gave dinner for takeaway, so we took it to the accommodation, thinking that we could get cutlery to eat it there, the staff informed us that we could only get cutlery if we bought something from the bar . As much as the accommodation costs, this could really fit in (if there is no dinner at the accommodation), so that people are not treated like this.

We loved the hotel for the most friendly staff, nice garden setting with pool and delicious breakfast with amazing fruit selection! We got free upgrade which was very nice, room was lovely and spacious with a nice terrace overlooking the garden with olive and lemon trees. *Plastic cups in the room wrapped in plastic foil (come on guys, seriously!?) *Poor area with not much happening so without a car you are a bit stuck *Very thin walls in the room *no reciepts for shuttle service to the airport

B’fast was Fabulous! The acoustics weren’t good. I could hear snoring in the room next to mine - & saw that the bed in that room was placed Exactly opposite mine. If they’d change that arrangement, I think it’d help. But I loved the porch & the garden, & the proximity to the beach.

The property appears online to be spread out over a larger area than it actually is. Its much smaller however a nice location, although not directly beachfront either however it suited us for our relaxation. Lots of mosquitoes around the pool area.
