I actually liked the hotel. The staff was friendly my room was clean. Of course it’s dated but it didn’t bother me. It’s expected with an old hotel. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars was because my door didn’t fully close and the only thing holding it was a flimsy chain. It was closed but not shut if that makes sense. I was passing through and only need a night so it was perfect. The breakfast was a bagel with ham and cheese or sausage and cheese I believe. I know it was a choice and it was pipping hot. It took me ten minutes to get to it and it was still hot. Overall nice stay. I arrived late so I don’t know if anything is close by. But there is a gas station right next door. It was perfect for my early morning commute. Hope this helps.

Clean room, safe bicycle access to downtown, and simple-yummy breakfast.

The room was clean and it had everything that you needed from a basic room. The motel was definitely old but they did update some of the stuff in the room like the locks and flooring. The clientele is a bit sketchy but that's not the motel's fault. It is absolutely a 1960s motel with doors that face the outside. The updated lock was nice. They had a pedestal sink in the bathroom which was not useful. We ended up putting our toothbrushes and other toiletries on the desk outside of the bathroom. Overall, it's a good place if you are only looking for a place to sleep and shower. It wasn't bad.

The check-in clerk was very nice and welcoming, and gave me a choice of rooms (upstairs / downstairs), and answered some questions I had about my (very early morning) departure to get back to the Denver airport. Aside from this interaction, I didn't talk to anyone, but my room was really clean and comfortable, and mostly very quiet. This was a good place for me to spend two nights on a quick trip to Fort Collins.

My room appeared to have been recently updated. It was clean and quiet. The man working the evening shift when I arrived was polite, respectful and very helpful. I couldn’t get the TV to work so immediately went to my room and got it set up so I could use it. The room didn’t have USB ports, but I was able to borrow a plug in USB port from the front office that I promptly returned the next morning. The breakfast bar was excellent. They even had full size Greek yogurt for us to enjoy. I had a little difficulty getting into the property. One entrance is through a store parking lot.

Blown away by our stay. They stayed up to make sure we were able to check in past midnight. I called about a blow dryer and I was able to pick one up from the office and keep it for the rest of my stay. Both employees were super friendly. Snagged a few free items for breakfast each morning. Top floor room was spacious. There was a fan in the bathroom even!

Clean, well maintained, amenities were minimal but adequate Access was somewhat difficult. There was a person passed out on the sidewalk alongside the motel.

A nice old fashioned Inn. The staff were great! The A/C needs work
